It is never too early to get our input relative to your project, we can often bring new and innovative ideas to the design of your scheme, working with you and your architect, particularly during the design stage. We pride ourselves on offering value for money and this is best achieved at the beginning of a project.

The high level of thermal insulation and air tightness available from our timber engineered solutions means that your heating systems operate at maximum efficiency. This combined with Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems ensures a building with lower running costs and optimum internal living environment.

If you are considering using renewable technologies within your project it is particularly important to ensure that the external fabric of the building allows these systems to run efficiently and not have to rely on continuous top-up from fossil fuels (e.g Electricity).

For a typical family home, from the placement of order, we aim to have the first components delivered to site within 8 weeks. This is dependent on a number of factors, such as our workload (design, engineering and manufacture) and the workload of others, e.g. architects for checking design and engineers for checking under the SER scheme applicable in Jersey.

Yes. We design, manufacture, supply and install the superstructure, maintaining the quality of the product through to the hand over on site. This is done as a specialist sub-contractor and maintains the path of liability and responsibility... therefore ensuring peace of mind for the main contractor and client.

The three main systems available to the house builder are masonry blockwork, timber frame and SIPs. Timber frame has long been recognised as being quicker to construct than blockwork, helping the client and contractor realise on site savings in time and labour. The same is true for SIPs, particularly as the wall and roof insulation is integral to the product.
